Discounts are available to ACM and IEEE members, as well as early registrants.

NOTE: The early registration deadline has been extended to accommodate student travel funding applications and workshop registration. Attendees must now register on or before August 21 at 5pm EST to qualify for the early registration discount.

Full Conference

Conference registration includes paper sessions, keynotes, and single tickets to the Sunday and Tuesday receptions.

Cancellation

There will be a $50 fee for cancellations before the early registration deadline. After the deadline, cancellations will no longer be possible, but it will be possible to substitute attendees.
