Deadlines are firm! No extensions!- Abstracts: Saturday, March 21, 2009, 8AM EDT
- Full Papers: Saturday, March 28, 2009, 8AM EDT
- Tentative Rebuttal Period: May 4-8, 2009
All authors must register their paper title, abstract and affiliation by March 20, 2009, in order to be allowed to submit a full paper. Absolutely no exceptions.

Submissions to PACT09 are now open! We are using the EasyChair system. You can create an account and access the submission system here:
Please note that you will need to submit two documents:
- Your paper (in PDF format)
- A list of conflicts (in plain text)
Guidelines
- Abstract

The abstract submission includes a description (100-300 words)
of the paper and an indication of the key topics of the paper.
- Formatting
-
Your paper should be in PDF format with letter-size paper. Submissions must be
viewable by Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 7.0 or higher). Your submission may not
exceed 10 pages of conference two column paper format using 10pt fonts.
Final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. We provide links to the IEEE instructions and templates here for your convenience:
- Instructions for DOC and PDF formats.
- Ready-made LaTex Formatting Macros in a single zip archive.
Reviewing for PACT09 is not double-blind, so there is no need to anonymize your submission.
The program chairs will summarily return submissions exceeding the page limit or not conforming to style guidelines.
- Conflicts

The submission site requires that authors attach a text
file. This file must contain the name and affiliation of
any conflict of any author of the submission. The list
must be in alphabetical order by last name, with last name listed
first, like this:
Mouse, Mickey Disneyworld, FL Plato The Academy, Athens, Greece Xavier, Charles Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters, NY
Conflicts must include the PhD advisor of each author as well as any PhD students advised by any of the authors. In addition, conflicts must include any co-author from the last three years of any of the submitting authors.
